Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Quen’s website and salon software. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Quen for a salon, you must be authorized to act for that business.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and limit access to authorized users. Do not use Quen for unlawful messaging, unauthorized access, harassment, fraud or infringement. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Salon responsibilities
The salon is responsible for its menu, pricing, staff availability, customer services, reward and promotion rules, contact information and required consents. Confirm these details before relying on them. The salon is responsible for honoring offers it creates and complying with applicable laws.
Estimates and service availability
Queue, wait and finish times are estimates and may change. Appointment availability depends on the salon’s settings and staffing. Tax calculations may require verification by the salon. Internet access is required; Quen does not promise uninterrupted or offline operation. Features may evolve, and we may perform maintenance or suspend access to address security or misuse.
Payments and subscriptions
Quen does not process customer payments and has no plans to facilitate them. “Customer Paid” records a payment collected separately by the salon. Software pricing, billing and any subscription commitments will be provided in the quote or agreement accepted by the salon. Requesting a demo does not create a paid subscription.
Content and privacy
You retain rights to information and content you submit. You grant Quen permission to process that content as necessary to provide, secure and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Quen’s software, branding and website materials remain owned by Quen or their respective licensors.
Text messaging
SMS use is governed by the SMS Terms. Joining VIP alone is not promotional-text consent. Salons must obtain and retain appropriate consent before sending messages and must honor opt-outs. Carrier or provider approval and messaging activation may be required before sending.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will be error-free or meet every business need. Quen is not responsible for services performed by salons, lost opportunities arising from estimates or interruptions, or unauthorized use caused by a user’s failure to secure access. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and contact us about account closure and data requests. Separate subscription agreements may specify cancellation terms. We may update these terms and provide notice where required. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the revised terms.
