SMS Terms

These terms apply when a salon using Quen offers text messaging. The salon named on the opt-in screen is the sender. Messaging is available only when activated for that salon.
Your choice
You may choose to receive appointment reminders and service updates. Marketing and promotional texts require a separate affirmative choice for the named salon. VIP membership and promotional-text consent are optional and separate; consent is not a condition of purchase. A demo request permits contact about that request, not enrollment in salon promotions.
Messages and frequency
Messages may include appointment reminders, visit-related updates, rewards and promotions, according to the categories you agreed to receive. Service-message frequency varies with your activity. Promotional messages are limited to the frequency disclosed at opt-in; the current salon opt-in specifies up to four promotional messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or contact the sending salon using its displayed contact information. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel VIP membership. To receive messages again, complete the salon’s opt-in process. For Quen platform assistance, email trnguyennd96@gmail.com.
Phone numbers and delivery
Provide a number you control and tell the salon if it changes. Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier, network or service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies.
Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process them only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging service. See the Privacy Policy for further information.
